Working with the Partnership and Events Executive, the Partnerships & Event Coordinator will specifically be responsible for the collation of event briefing materials, management of suppliers, management of talent, scheduling, run sheets and the coordination of onsite meetings and staff briefings for AIME as well as administration tasks and duties such as invoicing, CRM management and coordination of site inspections & presentations.
