1. Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

Yes you may cancel your membership at anytime. There are no penalty fees!

2. I'm a Job-Seeker: How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your subscription,
1.Go to Enter your email address and password, then click submit.
2.Click on the 'Manage' then 'account' icon and click on 'Account.
3.From there you scroll down and you will see a link on the bottom right that says 'Cancel My Account'. Answer the questions and click finish. 

When you are done you should receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation email, you have to email [email protected]asking for a confirmation that you are well cancelled. Canecellations of Jobseeker accounts MUST be issued online. Cancellations through e-mail and over the phone are not allowed.

3. If I cancel my membership and I want a full refund is that possible?

No. We only offer refunds for erroneous charges (double billings, charges issued after cancellations, etc.). Any further credit requests must be submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Billing Dept. Manager.

4. I'm an Employer: How to I cancel my paid services?

Simply sign into your Employer Account on the Employer page here. Then, go to the tab towards the lop left that says 'My Account'. You will see 4 links; click on 'My Package'. You will then see a list of all of the services you have purchased. To the right, under 'Action', you will have the option to cancel/deactivate them individually. If you need assistance, you can always call and cancel over the phone.
