Tasks and Responsibilities include:
Greeting and attending to clients and callers at Reception.
Organising staff functions and arranging staff travel.
Distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Prepare outgoing mail to send.
Maintaining stock levels and inventory details and carrying out stock takes.
Raising sending and filing purchase orders
Preparation of Capital Expenditure requests and purchase orders.
Being trained in duties performed by other team members to enable adequate cover to be provided at all times of holiday / absence.
