About the role:
Duties and responsibilities
Create marketing flyers
Design online banners & newsletters
Answering incoming phone calls
Handling customer orders
Supplier invoice data entry
Supplier credit notes
Chase suppliers on any outstanding orders / liaise with Receivables Department on delivery timing
Update PO Spreadsheet with delivery timing
Assist Sales Representatives & Internal Sales Team as/when required
