To be considered you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in custom home site management and be:
Skilled in planning and executing the residential construction process
A strong communicator able to maintain effective subcontractor relationships
Able to multi task and manage numerous projects at any given time
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in setting and maintaining budgets
Well versed in quality assurance management
Technically knowledgeable with a good understanding of the building code and relevant Australian standards
Skilled in resolving technical and detailing issues
Up to date with OH&S requirements.
Professional and present well
