Duties and deliverables of the role include :-
managing and developing relationships with business units;
identifying business needs and requirements and then communicate opportunities through the effective use of technology;
assisting the business in scoping out technology needs to develop the appropriate plans and budgets;
working closely with the technology team, business units and project office to ensure alignment with the organisations enterprise architecture;
collaborating with vendors and specialist project teams to ensure consistency and integration of service standards;
communicating effectively in written and verbal form to all staffing levels within the organisation.
