The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional event coordination role is a must.
Marketing, communications or an events qualification is highly desirable;
Ideally have worked in a member based organisation or professional services environment is preferred.
Demonstrated customer service focus
Ability to work well in a small team environment
Proficient in working with CMS and CRM systems
Exception verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office products.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective problem-solving skills and takes initiative.
Availability to work after hours
