The Client Relationship Manager will also:
Attend new advertiser presentation meetings, held at our offices
Coordinate and organise advertiser print artwork and online content, with our Content and Graphic Design team
Retain current advertisers through excellent account management, and a high level of service and communication
Obtain referrals and testimonials from our existing clients
Handle all current account issues, including all problems and account queries
Forecast and track key account metrics, and report to the Sales Manager
Be a positive representative for the business and participate in marketing campaigns
Maintain our CRM system
