DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Booking / confirming client appointments
Attending to client queries / liaising with our clients on an ongoing basis with awesome service and pro-active resolutions
Co-ordination of Axiom field team to ensure appointments flow smoothly and are always completed to a high standard
Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients, forming excellent relationships with new clients
Continually researching, developing and implementing better ways to operate our systems
