School Photography � Portrait Photographer � Casual Role

For the right applicant this could lead to a fulltime position

We currently have 2-3 casual positions available to join the team at MSP Photography Hunter & Central Coast.

We are seeking well organised and motivated people to join our team as a Photographer/Photographer assistant starting in January 2020.

We photograph schools within the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast area.

As market leaders in the School photography industry we take great pride in our photography, products and services that we provide to schools.

You will need to be reliable, self-motivated, have an outgoing and fun personality, love working with people in particular children and have the ability to build rapport quickly.

You will have a professional attitude, take pride in your work, good communication and customer service skills, be efficient and have good computer skills.

Most importantly you will have a high attention to detail and an ability to enjoy working as part of a committed team of people.

Essential to this role are:

Knowledge of DSLR cameras including understanding of relevant settings for white balance, ISO, aperture and shutter speeds
Computer Skills
Ability to work under pressure
Able to follow instructions to the letter
Strong attention to detail
Reliability and punctuality
Available to start early in the morning
Enjoy working with children
An outgoing and energetic personality
Outstanding customer service skills
Working with Children Check (employee not volunteer)
Own vehicle and driver licence
Experience with Studio Lighting preferred
As this position will be casual we are happy to accept applications from existing photographers looking to supplement your income. The role is heavily performance based and for the right applicant this could potentially become a full-time role.

We currently have Santa photography on going and would like the successful applicants to work a few days at our Santa set to make sure the job is right for you.
